Quality is never an accident; it is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction and skillful execution.

CME are dedicated to providing the best quality to all clients and on all bookings. In order to maintain the high level of quality in cleaning and in customer service we follow a strict process when recruiting staff.


Our cleaners and labourers go through a 4-step screening process which includes the following:


Interview - Here we get to know the applicants, we assess the applicant to see if they have the right characteristic, personality and work-ethic to fit in with CME’s standards.


Confirmation of identity and address.


Reference and Background Checks - The applicant is then to provide two recent references which we use to understand the applicants work ethic and reliability. On some occasions the applicant is also CRB checked.


Trail day - The applicant is then trailed at a mock appointment, they are to preform the requested tasks as they would whilst on a real appointment.


Only once the applicant has completed this four step screening process, will they be sent out on appointments.


Another way we maintain quality within our services is by customer reviews, once a job is complete, the client is sent a feedback form along with the invoice, this allows the client to provide feedback on the overall service provided, if the customer is dissatisfied with any part of the service they have received our managing director is contacted and the relevant changes are reviewed acontact us.
